In the beginning the work consisted of mainly domestic garages & small farm sheds, but this grew rapidly to larger buildings upon request from previous clients.
In 1989 it became apparent that there was a need for a large range of standard designs and with that a comprehensive quoting system. After contacting some reputable engineers to design a range of buildings using existing materials supplied by BHP Australia, and fittings manufactured by Better Garages & Carports a system was developed.

At that time Jack set out to develop a Computer Aided Costing and Ordering Program to enable the business to provide accurate and professional quotations to clients and clear material orders to suppliers.
Around the same time the decision was made to keep all manufacturing of parts and fittings in house so the business would better respond to changes in materials and practises available. For this purpose a factory was constructed at neighboring Logan Village. Over the following years business kept growing and changed to more industrial /commercial buildings and some large one off designs.
In 1996 Jack was asked to supply and build a small shopping centre in Jimboomba Qld, this was accepted and the centre was completed in 1997. During this work it was decided to incorporate the business, so Oz-Cover Pty. Ltd. came to be in 1996. Since then Oz-Cover has concentrated on designing buildings to suit client requirements and Government regulations, always mindful of new material and practises available (see Press report Firewalls)
At present Oz-Cover keeps a huge range of standard designs that can be readily customised to the clients needs, provides advise on building regulations, provides drafting services and budget estimates for private and corporate clients. Oz-Cover supplies buildings in Queensland & New South Wales Australia and have exported to: Philippines, Fiji, Europe, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and Kazakhstan.
